Jamba First to Bring Magic to Mobile
Mobile entertainment provider partners with Trixcell to introduce mobile magic content category around the globe
LOS ANGELES, Calif. / BERLIN, Germany, 21 August 2008 – Jamba, a leading global provider of mobile content and entertainment, also known as Jamster in some countries, today announced a global partnership with Trixcell, the first company to introduce the concept of mobile magic. With exclusive deals in more than 201 countries, Jamba is the first to offer Trixcell’s innovative magic applications as part of its diverse mobile entertainment catalog.
Officially launched at MeM (Mobile Entertainment Market) in May 2008, Trixcell’s portfolio of applications allows consumers to wow audiences with clever magic secrets and tricks. The products are developed in-house by Trixcell’s team of undercover professional magic consultants, known as the “Shadow Magicians.” Superior graphics and special effects are employed to increase authenticity and help advance the suspension of disbelief.
Jamba currently offers five Trixcell applications. However, the product portfolio will be updated regularly to include new tricks. The applications feature a variety of magic tricks, from controlling time and predicting the future to reading minds and turning digital coins into real money.
